Our journey in the lifestyle industry started in the year 2000 at the turn of the century and has been integrated with the changing demands of the City in the new millennia.

The natural extension was a project in the City and it came in the shape of ‘Orchid Lounge’. Specialty dining was just starting to take shape and the restaurant provided the City with an Oriental dining experience, which was novel. The ‘Orchid Lounge’ also became synonymous with performing artists and helped pioneer entertainment that has become an active part of the City’s nightlife.

As the City grew and a new generation of working and well-travelled youngsters entered, the demand for cafés took place. ‘Backpackers Café’ was our next venture. This European inspired travel styled café with its all-day breakfast, sandwiches and grills has made a special place in the heart of the City, becoming a part of the local rhythm. It was followed by ‘Café Nomad’ with its Mediterranean inspired cuisine, which provided the City with an alternate platform to awaken the traveller in all of us and a quiet getaway for eclectic food.

Back to the roots was the next step, as demand for a cafés which served local cuisine rose, and ‘The Willow Café’ was born. Serving local dishes in a friendly café format has found its appeal and many a local heads in that direction looking for their comfort in kebabs, biryani and kathi rolls.

As time progressed we added another Backpackers to cater to the increasing demand, made additions to the menus of our projects and conducted renovations. To say that the City and its citizenry have helped mould these formats would be an understatement. We have tried to evolve with the growing demands of the region while keeping our basic ethos of top quality and commitment to service intact. The latest baby to come forth is ‘Tattlers’ and through it we aim to continue this journey and relationship with the City, which started two decades ago.
